From customer communication and daily operations to CRM systems and GoHighLevel builds, I create structure so businesses can focus on growth instead of chasing loose ends.
At a glance
About
With a decade of experience across customer service, CRM management, process coordination, and business support, I've developed a real knack for making operations work. Making sure they stay organized, on time, and actually useful.
On top of that, I'm building up a working knowledge of GoHighLevel, websites, funnels, and basic automations. It's a secondary skill I'm actively developing, not my main pitch, but it means I can assist with GHL tasks without needing someone to walk me through the basics.
I've supported Australian and US clients, worked fully independently from day one, and don't need hand-holding to get things done.
I'm a day-shifter based in the Philippines, ACS+1 aligned for AU clients and workable for US morning overlap.
Core tools
What I do
Each row below is a task I've done in real roles, written as a situation, not a job description. This is what hiring me actually looks like day to day.
Reporting & Data Extraction
"The report is ready before you ask for it."
The situation
The Program Manager needed weekly program data but was pulling it manually from the CRM, copying rows, reformatting columns, wasting an hour every time. I pulled the raw export from Kademi, stripped it down to only the columns that mattered, cleaned the formatting so it was actually readable, and built a repeating Excel Sheets report structure they could use every week without touching the CRM again.

Inbox Management & Zero-Inbox Systems
"You'll stop dreading opening your email."
The situation
Managing multiple inboxes across different accounts, client email, internal team email, support queue, without a clear system means things get missed, replies go late, and the inbox becomes a source of anxiety instead of a tool. I set up folder rules, priority filters, and a daily triage rhythm. Every inbox I managed was kept at zero unread by end of day. Nothing sat unanswered longer than 24 hours unless flagged intentionally.

Phone & Communication Handling
"I've handled high-volume calls under compliance. Yours won't be a problem."
The situation
Across years of handling inbound calls for Australian health insurance members and a separate US healthcare account, coverage queries, claims concerns, provider verification, out-of-pocket questions, I learned to stay calm, accurate, and compliant on calls that were often emotional and time-sensitive. Every interaction logged in the CRM immediately after. No dropped context. No compliance gaps. For smaller businesses, this translates directly to: I can handle your phone line, log what happened, and make sure nothing slips.

Ad Hoc & Program Manager Support
"Tell me what's in the way. I'll clear it."
The situation
The real day-to-day of supporting a Program Manager isn't tidy. It's a SharePoint folder that needs reorganizing. It's a report that needs to go out by 9am but the data is a mess. It's a task that doesn't have a name yet. In my AU contract role, I worked directly alongside a Program Manager supporting a loyalty program. I handled whatever landed on my plate, organized digital files in SharePoint, built reports, managed data, and showed up ready for whatever the week brought. No supervision needed. No task too small to do properly.

Customer Support Handling
"Your customers will feel looked after. That's the job."
The situation
Customer support isn't just answering questions. It's making someone feel heard and handled, even when the answer takes time. I've supported healthcare clients in both AU and US markets where the stakes were high: people asking about claims, costs, coverage. I've also run solo e-commerce customer communications. Every order query, complaint, and follow-up handled personally. The common thread: every customer gets a clear, calm, useful response. Nothing ignored. Nothing left vague.
