These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of leimanila.com and any landing page, form or booking page run by LeiManila Digitals ("I," "me," "my," or "LeiManila Digitals"), together called the "Site." They also cover your free website consultation. By using the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What I do

LeiManila Digitals designs websites, sales funnels and lead generation systems, including strategy, design, copy, booking setup and launch support, for solopreneurs, small businesses and startups. The Site describes my services and lets you request a free consultation.

2. The free consultation

- The consultation is a free, approximately 15-minute conversation about your website and goals.

- It is not a commitment to buy, and I am not obligated to offer you a project.

- After the call, I will tell you honestly whether I think we are a good fit.

- I may decline, reschedule or cancel a consultation if needed. If you cannot attend, please reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

- Advice given during the consultation is general information, not a guarantee of any result.

3. Projects and payment

If you decide to work with me, the scope, price, timeline and payment terms will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that we both accept. That document controls the project. If it conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or agreement takes priority for that project.

Prices shown on the Site are "starting at" prices and may change depending on the scope of your project.

4. Third-party costs not included

Unless my written proposal says otherwise, the project price does not include fees charged by other companies. This includes, for example, domain names, website platform or hosting subscriptions, and paid tools or plugins. These are paid directly to the provider, and accounts are set up in your name.

5. Your responsibilities

To complete a project on time, I rely on you to:

- Give me accurate business information, photos, branding and content when needed

- Review work and send feedback promptly

- Make sure you own or have permission to use everything you give me, such as logos, photos and text

- Follow the laws that apply to your business

Delays in receiving materials or feedback may delay the project.

6. No guarantees

I work hard to build websites and systems that make it easier for visitors to inquire or book. However, I cannot guarantee specific results, such as a number of bookings, leads, sales, search rankings or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside my control, including your services, pricing, market, traffic and how you follow up with leads.

7. Ownership and intellectual property

- The Site. The content on the Site, including text, designs, graphics and logos, belongs to LeiManila Digitals and may not be copied or reused without my written permission.

- Your materials. You keep ownership of the materials you give me.

- Project work. Ownership of the finished work for a project will be set out in the proposal or agreement. Unless it says otherwise, you receive the right to use the final delivered website for your business once the agreed payment is complete.

- Portfolio. Unless you tell me otherwise in writing, I may show the finished project in my portfolio and marketing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

- Break any law or the rights of others

- Send false, misleading or harmful information

- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

Interfere with the Site's operation, or send spam or malicious code

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also covered by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect and use your information.

10. Third-party tools and links

The Site and my services rely on third-party tools, such as GoHighLevel, and may link to other websites. I do not control these and am not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them may be covered by their own terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not promise that the Site will always be available, error-free or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeiManila Digitals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or the consultation. For any project, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

I may change or remove parts of the Site, and I may update these Terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled in the proper courts of [City], Philippines, unless the law requires otherwise.
